These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("User") and BankCreds Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("BankCreds"). By accessing or using BankCreds.com, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Nature of Our Service
BankCreds is a loan comparison platform. We aggregate and display loan offers from RBI-registered banks, NBFCs, and fintech lenders. BankCreds is not a lender, financial advisor, or broker. We do not disburse loans, hold customer funds, or provide investment, tax, or legal advice.
3. Eligibility
To use BankCreds, you must be at least 18 years old, an Indian citizen or legal resident of India, and capable of entering into a binding contract. By using the site, you represent that you meet these criteria.
4. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our eligibility check, comparison tools, or any other forms. Providing false information may result in declined loan applications and is a punishable offence under Indian law.
5. Loan Decisions Rest With the Lender
BankCreds does not approve or decline loans. The decision to extend a loan, the final interest rate, fees, and terms rest solely with the lender. The estimates shown on our calculators and comparison tables are indicative and may differ from the final terms offered by the lender after their credit assessment.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use BankCreds for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the site or its content.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the site, including via bots, malware, or denial-of-service attacks.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on BankCreds.com — including text, graphics, logos, calculators, and comparison data — is the property of BankCreds or its content partners and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Links
BankCreds contains links to lender websites and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your use of any linked site is at your own risk and governed by the terms and privacy policy of that site.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BankCreds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to ₹1,000 (one thousand rupees).

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BankCreds, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BankCreds at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Effective from" date. Your continued use of the site after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
